The superconducting electronic states of Nd${}_{1.85}$Ce${}_{0.15}$CuO${}_{4\ensuremath{-}\ensuremath{\delta}}$ (NCCO) are studied by applying the phase-sensitive capability tunneling spectroscopy. Angular distributions of tensor analyzing powers Axx, Ayy and Azz p+d↘→3He+γ reaction at Ed=17.5 MeV have been measured precisely.
