Realizing real-time monitoring of physiological signals is vital for preventing and treating chronic diseases in elderly individuals. However, wearable sensors with low power consumption high sensitivity to both weak large mechanical stimuli remain challenges. Here, a flexible triboelectric patch (FTEP) based on porous-reinforcement microstructures remote health has been reported. The microstructure constructed by the self-assembly silicone rubber adhering porous framework PU sponge....
The exploration of earth-abundant and high-efficiency electrocatalysts for water oxidation is great significance sustainable energy conversion. Co–Mo-based bimetallic oxides are considered as promising candidates the oxygen evolution reaction (OER) due to their high intrinsic activity low cost. In this work, we reported an interfacial engineering design CoMoO4 nanoplate arrays wrapped with Ni(OH)2 nanosheets supported on Ni foam high-performance OER. Remarkably, benefiting from hierarchical...
Abstract In the presence of PhSiH 3 as reductant, combination enantiomeric dipyridylphosphane ligands and Cu(OAc) 2 ⋅ H O, which is an easy‐to‐handle inexpensive copper salt, led to a remarkably practical versatile chiral catalyst system. The stereoselective formation selection synthetically interesting β‐, γ‐ or δ‐halo alcohols bearing high degrees enantiopurity (up 99.9 % excess ( ee )) was realized with substrate‐to‐ligand molar ratio (S/L) up 10 000. present protocol also allowed...
A set of reaction conditions has been established to facilitate the non-precious copper-catalyzed enantioselective hydrosilylation a number structurally diverse β-, γ- or ε-halo-substituted alkyl aryl ketones and α-, β- γ-halo-substituted heteroaryl under air afford broad spectrum halo alcohols in high yields good excellent enantioselectivities (up 99% ee). The developed procedure successfully applied asymmetric synthesis antidepressant drugs (R)-fluoxetine (S)-duloxetine, which highlighted...
A supramolecularly tunable chiral bisphosphine ligand bearing two pyridyl-containing crown ethers was synthesized and applied in Rh or Ir-catalyzed asymmetric hydrogenations high yields with excellent ee values (90–99% ee).
In the presence of inexpensive and stable stoichiometric reductant polymethylhydrosiloxane (PMHS) as well certain amounts appropriate alcohol base additives, non-precious metal copper-catalyzed asymmetric 1,4-hydrosilylation β-aryl or β-alkyl-substituted N-aryl β-enamino esters was realized to afford a diverse range β-amino acid in high yields excellent enantioselectivities (26 examples, 90-98% ee). This approach tolerated handling both catalyst reactants air without special precautions. The...
Abstract Background Highly active antiretroviral therapy (HAART) has been able to improve the immune system function and survival of human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) patients. However, Patients coinfected with HIV hepatitis B (HBV) are more likely develop end-stage liver disease (ESLD) than those infected HBV alone. Consequently, transplantation is often required for these This study evaluates outcomes orthotopic (OLT) HIV-HBV patients in China. Methods We conducted a retrospective...
Human immunodeficiency virus (HIV)-positive patients coinfected with hepatitis B (HBV) are eligible for liver transplantation (LT) in Africa and Southeast Asia, particularly China. However, the outcome of HIV-HBV referred ABO-incompatible LT (ABOi-LT) is unknown. To clarify ABOi-LT end-stage disease (ESLD).We report on two Chinese ESLD who underwent A to O brain-dead donor reviewed literature treated ABO-compatible LT. The pretransplantation HIV viral load was undetectable, no active...
Orthotopic liver transplantation (OLT), as one of the curative methods for treatment hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), has brought hope to patients with HCC. However, options HCC recurrence and metastasis after are limited. Immune checkpoint inhibitor (ICI), such programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1) inhibitor, have been successfully used in advanced or metastatic HCC, but data on safety PD-1 is In this article, we report a 47-year-old patient acute-on-chronic failure multiple who was treated...
Abstract A chiral bis‐hosphine ligand bearing two pyridyl crown ethers was complexed with primary ammonium salts of different absolute configuration to form supramolecular catalysts, which were successfully applied in the Rh‐catalyzed asymmetric hydrogenation α‐dehydroamino acid esters and Ir‐catalyzed quinoxalines. By comparison non‐assembled complexation between catalysts ammoniums obviously improved enantioselectivities. Up 11 % enhancement ee values 30 quinoxalines achieved.
Abstract A series of chiral alcohols, e.g. compounds (II) and (IV), is prepared by enantioselective hydrosilylation corresponding ketone precursors using cupric acetate a P‐Phos ligand as catalytic system.
