AbstractHere, we examined the in vitro and vivo anti-angiogenesis anti-tumor activities of PE, a new marine-derived compound. Inhibition angiogenesis was assessed using proliferation, migration, adhesion, tube-formation apoptosis assays PE-treated HMECs HUVECs. In vivo, CAM were used to assess inhibition effect PE on physiological angiogenesis, immunofluorescent microscopy examine tumor microvessel density mouse models. Finally, Western blotting analyses performed VEGF signaling HMECs. The...

Light is a key environmental cue that fundamentally regulates plant growth and development, which mediated by the multiple photoreceptors including blue light (BL) photoreceptor cryptochrome 1 (CRY1). The signaling mechanism of Arabidopsis thaliana CRY1 involves direct interactions with CONSTITUTIVE PHOTOMORPHOGENIC (COP1)/SUPPRESSOR OF PHYA-105 stabilization COP1 substrate ELONGATED HYPOCOTYL 5 (HY5). H2A.Z an evolutionarily conserved histone variant, plays critical role in transcriptional...

Concurrent inhibition of angiogenesis and immune checkpoints represents a potent therapeutic approach. We conducted phase 2, multicenter, basket study to assess the efficacy safety combination therapy famitinib (anti-angiogenic agent) plus camrelizumab (PD-1 antagonist) in patients with metastatic solid tumors across 11 cohorts (this was registered at Clinicaltrials.gov [NCT04346381]). This report focuses on cohort or advanced colorectal cancer. Eligible patients, who had previously received...

Arabidopsis cryptochrome 1 (CRY1) is an important blue light photoreceptor that promotes photomorphogenesis under light. The photoreceptors CRY2 and phototropin 1, the red/far-red phytochromes B A undergo degradation in response to red light, respectively. This study investigated whether how CRY1 might high-intensity (HBL). We demonstrated ubiquitinated degraded through 26S proteasome pathway HBL. found E3 ubiquitin ligase constitutive photomorphogenic (COP1) involved mediating HBL-induced...

Abstract A new lanostane‐type triterpene glycoside, impatienside ( 1 ), was isolated from the sea cucumber Holothuria impatiens , together with a structurally related, known compound, bivittoside D 2 ). Their structures were elucidated by in‐depth spectroscopic and mass‐spectrometric methods, including H‐, 13 C‐, 2D‐NMR, ESI‐MS, HR‐ESI‐MS experiments, as well chemical evidence. Compounds possess same hexasaccharide moieties, but differ slightly in their holostane‐type aglycone. The two...

Phytochromes A and B (phyA phyB) are the far-red red lights photoreceptors mediating many light responses in Arabidopsis thaliana. Brassinosteroid (BR) is a pivotal phytohormone regulating variety of plant developmental processes including photomorphogenesis. It known that phyB interacts with BES1 to inhibit its DNA-binding activity repress BR signaling. Here, we show modulate signaling through phyA regulation stability BIN2, glycogen synthase kinase 3 (GSK3)-like phosphorylates BES1/BZR1...
