For the power electronic transformer based on cascaded H bridges with single inductor quad active bridge (SIQAB), this article proposes a submodule (SM) capacitance minimization scheme switching synchronization hybrid phase-shift modulation (SSHPSM) of high frequency link. Under SSHPSM, primary side SIQAB-stage operates in switched-capacitor mode to realize automatic elimination second-order-frequency voltage ripple SM capacitor without complex control, which helps reduce and improve density...

The coercive field $({E}_{c})$ of $\mathrm{Pb}({\mathrm{Zr}}_{0.55}{\mathrm{Ti}}_{0.45}){\mathrm{O}}_{3}$ film was experimentally observed showing a paraboliclike relationship with grain size $d$. curvature ${E}_{c}\ensuremath{-}d$ increased as the thickness decreased. A phenomenological theory developed to describe experimental results, taking into account contributions domain wall motion and structure transition polarization switching. simulated results agreed very well. In addition curve,...

Abstract Recently, the truss antennas with deployable tetrahedron unit mechanisms have been successfully applied in orbit, owing to advantages of large calibers, high accuracy, and folding ratios. As multiloop coupled mechanisms, tetrahedral multiple different output links, whose supporting limbs connecting links base are mutually coupled. These also called passive-input overconstrained because their passive torsion springs used as drivers number contained is more than degrees freedom...

The production of low-stress, high-performance wear-resistant steels poses a formidable challenge in the steel industry. This article delves into carbide precipitation behaviour NM300TP during tempering and its subsequent impact on residual stress mechanical properties. Our findings reveal crucial aspect: prolonging holding time can interfere with carbides, thereby altering relaxation mechanism influence material Remarkably, we discovered that substituting formation θ-cementites ε-transition...

Abstract Micrometer‐sized silica spheres with bimodal macromesoporous structures are synthesized continuously by a modified gelation technology, and novel coaxial microfluidic device is applied to control the size of spheres. These used as new protein adsorbent realize fast adsorption separation mixture. BSA lysozyme (LYS) model proteins different sizes p I s. High capacity rapid rate have been achieved. Fast binary mixture LYS through short packed column (50 mm×4.6 mm id) has also...

This article proposes a cascaded modular isolated back-to-back solid-state transformer (CMIB-SST) for electrical interconnection of two distribution ac grids, which consists multilevel converter stage, H bridge (CHB)-stage, and six-terminal active bridge-stage. A switching synchronization hybrid phase-shift modulation (SSHPSM) the STAB-stage is utilized to suppress low-frequency voltage ripple submodule (SM) both in CHB-stage MMC-stage reduce SM capacitance significantly with simple control...

A modified structure of a distributed ferroelectric phase shifter is presented, which obtained by periodically inserting slots into the ground conventional shifter. The principle explained and electromagnetic simulation results are reported. It produces higher shift and, at same time, matches port impedance better without reducing width centre strip conductor coplanar waveguide, compared with structure.
