Optical freeform surfaces are widely used in imaging and non-imaging systems due to their high design freedom. In surface manufacturing assembly, dynamic measurement that can guide the next operation remains a challenge. To meet this urgent need, we propose interferometric method based on machine learning-configured deformable mirror (DM). method, system is developed. By using coaxial structure polarization interference, transient of measured be realized requirements, at same time, DM...

Pathogenesis of atopic dermatitis (AD) involves the Janus kinase (JAK)/signal transducer and activator transcription (STAT) pathway. A cream formulation ruxolitinib, a potent selective JAK1/JAK2 inhibitor, was developed for topical delivery. Pharmacokinetic data were obtained from three double-blind, vehicle-controlled studies in patients with AD: phase II study ruxolitinib 0.15%, 0.5%, or 1.5% once daily twice (BID), two III 0.75% BID. Abstract Peripheral nerve blockade (PNB) is a common treatment to relieve postoperative pain. However, local anesthetics alone have short duration of action and severe side effects during analgesia. In order overcome these limitations, the present study reported an injectable hydrogel with drug slow‐release profile for regional blockade. The was prepared by crosslinking gelatin NHS‐PEG‐NHS, which degradable in physiological environment displayed sustainable release locally, thus improving...

BACKGROUND Endoscopic full-thickness resection (EFTR) is increasingly used for treating gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GISTs) in the stomach. AIM To compare efficacy, tolerability, and clinical outcomes of EFTR vs surgical (SR) gastric GISTs. METHODS We collected data from patients diagnosed with GISTs who underwent either or SR at our hospital October 2011 to July 2024. Patients were matched a 1:1 ratio based on baseline characteristics tumor clinical-pathological features using...
