The structure and the chemical composition of individual layers as well interfaces belonging to two heterostructures M1 (BaFe12O19/YbFeO3/YSZ) M2 (YbFeO3/BaFe12O19/YSZ) grown by pulsed laser deposition on yttria-stabilized zirconia (YSZ) substrates are deeply characterized using a combination methods such high-resolution X-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy (TEM), atomic-resolution scanning TEM with energy-dispersive spectroscopy. temperature-dependent magnetic properties...
We demonstrate the possibility of growing textured La$_{2/3}$Sr$_{1/3}$MnO$_3$ (LSMO) thin films on silicon substrates with magneto-optical and optical properties comparable to high-quality epitaxial layers grown bulk SrTiO$_3$ (STO). The pulsed laser deposition growth LSMO is achieved by a two-dimensional nanosheet (NS) seed layer Ca$_2$Nb$_3$O$_{10}$ (CNO) inducing stabilization films. resulting possess higher Curie temperature lower overall magnetization than samples STO.
