2例患儿分别为7岁3月龄男童、1岁3月龄女童,分别以“反复咳嗽、咳痰、吞咽困难”和“发热、左侧腋下淋巴结肿大、口腔溃疡”起病。例1主要表现为反复肺炎、中耳炎、支气管扩张、慢性皮肤黏膜念珠菌病和身材矮小,例2主要表现为全身播散性结核病和口腔念珠菌病。2例患儿均有血液系统表现,例1既往有噬血细胞综合征病史,入院后血细胞分析示贫血,例2全血细胞减少,直接抗人球蛋白实验和抗血小板抗体阳性;2例患儿c-ANCA均阳性,例2胰岛素自身抗体及胰岛细胞抗体阳性。2例患儿基因检测均为STAT1基因杂合变异,核苷酸变化为c.1154 C>T,氨基酸改变p.T385M,诊断为STAT1基因功能获得性变异免疫缺陷。.
