In this study, we have developed a high-sensitivity, near-infrared photodetector based on PdSe2/GaAs heterojunction, which was made by transferring multilayered PdSe2 film onto planar GaAs. The as-fabricated heterojunction device exhibited obvious photovoltaic behavior to 808 nm illumination, indicating that the can be used as self-driven without external power supply. This article presents an 8-way serial power combined transformer-based quadrature digital amplifier (DPA) with in-phase/quadrature (IQ)-reuse and Doherty techniques for high output efficiency. In this paper, an adaptive neural network sliding mode control (SMC) method based on Udwadia-Kalaba theory is proposed for the modeling and of complex incomplete constrained electromechanical systems, such as manipulators. The performance compared with that traditional SMC controller, analysis conducted using Matlab simulations. reveals exhibits superior in terms achieving high-precision manipulator while effectively mitigating chattering commonly associated control.
