Laser ablation multicollector inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (LA-MC-ICP-MS) has become a powerful technique for in situ Cu isotopic analysis natural geological samples. compositions chalcopyrites have been used to reveal aspects of the mineralization processes directly. However, internationally or commercially available matrix-matched chalcopyrite reference materials fractionation correction quality control purposes are still lacking using LA-MC-ICP-MS.Three 14ZJ12-1, JGZ-29...

Single additives ( Y 2 O 3 , MgO and Al ) were used as sintering aid of Si N 4 . The density, crystal phase, microstructure, transmittance, hardness, fracture toughness sintered investigated. Highly densified bodies obtained in single systems, but not system. XRD results indicated that composed β‐ SEM images showed all the had a fine‐grained microstructure with an average diameter 0.29–0.37 μm. thickness grain boundary was changed additive content. transmittance T wavelength (λ) followed...

Polycrystalline translucent Si3N4 sintered ceramics are receiving attention owing to their high mechanical strength and chemical stability. Regardless of a long history sinter Si3N4, there have been few reports on the fabrication ceramics. In this study, authors used three systems including AlN–MgO, AlN–Y2O3 Al2O3–Y2O3 as sintering aids phase composition transmittance samples were compared. The α–sialon formed at large amount β–Si3N4 small aids.

Translucent Si3N4 ceramics are expected to use for a special optical application in high temperature and corrosive environment owing its mechanical strength thermal chemical stability. To achieve the translucency of ceramics, fine-grained microstructure with an appropriate sintering aid is important reduce light scattering. The were fabricated by spark-plasma (SPS) AlN – MgO additive. Fine α powder purity was useful obtain translucent sintered body. When additive content large, SiAlON...

The development of large paleobiological databases has provided an opportunity to reassess the pattern and timing marine biodiversity changes during Late Ordovician, which newly revealed a major decline in mid late Katian Stage (448.7–446.7 Ma) rapid recovery faunal re-radiation latest Hirnantian early Telychian stages (444.7–437.1 Ma), herein termed “Katian Extinction” (KE) “Early Silurian Radiation” (ESR), respectively. Being recognized, kill mechanism KE environmental conditions...
