With the acceleration of an aging society, prevalence age-related chronic diseases such as physical frailty and sarcopenia is gradually increasing with numerous adverse effects. Dietary nutrition important modifiable risk factor for management sarcopenia, but there are many complex influences on its implementation in community settings.
