A novel graphene grafted silica-coated Fe3O4 (Fe3O4@SiO2-G) was synthesized and used as an efficient magnetic solid-phase extraction adsorbent for the simultaneous of four neonicotinoid pesticides (thiamethoxam, imidacloprid, acetamiprid thiacloprid) from pear tomato samples followed by high performance liquid chromatography-diode array detection. After extraction, could be conveniently separated sample solution external field. The main experimental parameters affecting efficiency were...

In this work, an efficient dual-protein (lipase and hemoglobin) system was successfully constructed for the regioselective synthesis of quinoxalines in water. A set were obtained high yields under optimal reaction conditions. This method exhibited a regioselectivity higher than those previously reported methods. study not only provides green mild strategy but also expands application lipase hemoglobin organic synthesis.

A new method has been developed for the determination of five carbamate pesticides (metolcarb, carbofuran, carbaryl, isoprocarb, diethofencarb) in water and fruit samples by using carbon nanotube reinforced hollow fiber-liquid phase microextraction (HF-LPME) prior to high performance liquid chromatography-diode array detection (HPLC-DAD). Parameters that could affect extraction efficiencies, such as type organic solvent its volume, concentration multi-walled nanotubes (MWCNTs), fiber length,...

An iron‐embedded porous carbon material (MIL‐53‐C) was fabricated by the direct carbonization of MIL‐53. The MIL‐53‐C possesses a high surface area and good magnetic behavior. structure, morphology, property, porosity were studied scanning electron microscopy, transmission vibrating sample magnetometry, N 2 adsorption. With use as solid‐phase extraction adsorbent, simple efficient method developed for three hormones from water human urine samples before high‐performance liquid chromatography...

A new microextraction technique termed dispersive liquid-liquid based on solidification of floating organic droplet (DLLME-SFO) coupled with flame atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS) has been developed for the determination trace cadmium in water, beverage and cereal samples. In DLLME-SFO, was first complexed 8-hydroxyquinoline, then extracted into a small volume extraction solvent (1-dodecanol) methanol as solvent. Then, extractant analyzed by FAAS. The main factors affecting such type...

Catalpa bungei is an economically important tree with high-quality wood and highly valuable to the study of formation. In this work, xylem microstructure C. tension (TW) was observed, we performed transcriptomics, proteomics Raman spectroscopy TW, opposite (OW) normal (NW). The results showed that there no obvious gelatinous layer (G-layer) in TW secondary wall deposition reduced compared OW NW. We found most differentially expressed mRNAs proteins were involved carbohydrate polysaccharide...

AbstractAbstractHemoglobin (Hb) is a hemoprotein containing iron porphyrin, which can catalyse variety of unnatural reactions. Due to its poor reusability and stability, in this study, we developed new method prepare Hb-Cu3(PO4)2 hybrid nanoflowers (HNFs) by co-incubating Hb with Cu2+. This immobilized was used the synthesis ethyl N-phenylglycinate via carbene N–H insertion reaction. Under optimum reaction conditions (aniline 1 mmol; diazoacetate deionized (DI) water 10 ml; catalyst (protein...
