Background:: The gut-brain axis (GBA) is a bidirectional signaling channel that facilitates communication between the gastrointestinal tract and brain. Recent research on demonstrates this connection enables brain to influence gut function, which in turn influences its cognitive functioning. It well established malfunctioning of adversely affects both systems' ability operate effectively. Objective:: Dysfunctions GBA have been associated with disorders motility permeability, intestinal...

ABSTRACT Background: Numerous previous studies have explored transradial coronary angioplasty, yet none exclusively focused on the female population. Aim: The aim of this study was to assess feasibility and safety 5 Fr Glidesheath Slender (GSS) (Terumo, Tokyo, Japan) in comparison 6 Standard Sheath (SS) Indian patients undergoing angiography or percutaneous intervention (PCI). Materials Methods: This a prospective, randomized controlled, single-center study. A total 100 diagnosed with artery...

INTRODUCTION: Acute Traumatic Brain Injuries (TBI) can result in brain tissue hypoxia leading to neuronal damage. The Integra® Licox® oxygen monitor, is an FDA-approved monitor that uses Clark polarographic electrodes measure oxygenation (PbtO2) humans. METHODS: Using isolated experimental chamber containing saline solution and bicarbonate buffer, vitro probe readouts of pO2 were recorded while heating cooling determine the overall effect changes temperature would have on measured levels....

INTRODUCTION: In Traumatic Brain Injuries can result in low brain tissue oxygen tension (PbtO2) and poor clinical outcomes TBI patients. The Integra® Licox® monitor is an FDA-approved tool used to PbtO2. METHODS: Using isolated experimental chamber containing saline solution bicarbonate buffer, vitro probe readouts of partial pressure (pO2) were recorded while manipulating salinity, total hydrostatic pressure, pH individually determine the overall effect that on measured pO2 levels. RESULTS:...

ABSTRACT Background: The prognostic significance of human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2) as assessed by immunohistochemistry (IHC) in high-risk endometrial carcinoma (EC) is worth evaluating, owing to limited literature for the Asian population. Objectives: primary objective study was evaluate role HER2 expression a indicator recurrence-free survival patients with cancer. secondary objectives were overall and frequency expression, along other clinicopathological profiles....

Spintronic nano-oscillators can generate tunable microwave signals that find a wide range of applications in the field telecommunication to modern neuromorphic computing systems. Among other spintronic devices, magnetic skyrmion is promising candidate for next generation low-power devices due its small size and topological stability. In this work, we propose multi-channel oscillator design based on synthetic anti-ferromagnetic (SAF) pair. The mitigation Hall effect SAF associated decimation...

Posttransplant thrombotic microangiopathy (PT-TMA) can be caused by calcineurin inhibitors (CNIs), ischemic injury, infections, or antibody-mediated rejection (ABMR). Delayed recognition result in allograft loss. We describe the first reported case of successful reversal refractory PT-TMA with eculizumab India. It highlights importance prompt diagnosis and benefit from an early initiation therapy cases.

Invasive fungal infections are a significant concern for solid organ transplant (SOT) patients, especially those who have undergone small bowel or lung transplants. Renal recipients commonly develop like candidiasis, aspergillosis, and cryptococcosis, contributing to post-transplant infections. This case series presents three cases of pulmonary after renal transplantation: mucormycosis, invasive aspergillosis. The objective is highlight challenges in diagnosing managing SOT recipients,...
