Tubercular infection of the nasal cavity is an infrequently encountered condition. More so, after discovery relevant antibiotics, sinus tuberculosis not commonly seen. Few cases have reported paranasal sinuses, nasopharynx and larynx. With increasing incidence HIV, these rare forms started re-emerging.
