이 연구의 목적은 한국과 중국의 라이브커머스에서 소비자의 구매의도에 미치는 영향 요인을 파악하는 것이다. 라이브커머스는 국내외에서 빠르게 증가하고 있으며 비교적 큰 상업적 잠재력을 가지고 있기 때문에, 이에 대해 심도 있는 연구를 하는 것은 중요한 의미를 있다. 라이브 방송이라는 기술을 통해 소셜 미디어의 특성과 기존 전자상거래를 결합하여 ‘사람, 제품, 장소’ 간의 관계를 재구성했다. 본 연구는 라이브커머스 특징으로 정보성, 오락성, 경제성 요인과 캐스터 요인으로 상호작용성, 전문성, 신뢰성을 독립변인으로 설정하였다. 이러한 독립변인과 구매의도 사이의 심리적 매개변인으로서 기능적 가치 인식과 정서적 인식을 영향을 살펴보았다. 연구가설 검증을 위해서 이용자를 대상으로 설문을 실시하였고, 최종 응답자 310명(한국 152명, 중국158명)을 통계분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 지각된 가치와 감정적 가치는 중국과 한국 소비자 각각 다른 미쳤다. 경우 경제적 실현 가능성과 구매 의사...

Along with the maturity of market economy in China, annual salary system has been experimented and subsequently practiced by thousands enterprises, then deficiency design gradually appeared. On basis a case middle small- scaled scientific technical enterprise, it was made that an anticipative analysis effect above-mentioned attempted to find set effective improvement measures for stimulation system, which could be adopted similar enterprises reference.
