目的 外伤后细菌性致死性肉芽肿(fatal bacteria granuloma after trauma,FBGT)是一种少见疾病,寻找病原菌的培养分离方法,为该病的诊断和治疗提供实验依据.方法用厌氧琼脂平板、葡萄糖增菌肉汤、庖肉增菌肉汤、改良兔脑厌氧增菌肉汤(RRNB)置厌氧环境培养,用API鉴定系统20A鉴定板鉴定病原菌.结果用RRNB从2例患者病变组织内成功地培养分离出病原菌,用API20A均鉴定为痤疮丙酸杆菌,与电镜查组织中所见相同,但两例患者均死亡.结论该菌为营养要求较高的严格厌氧菌,在RRNB中生长良好,为进一步研究FBGT提供了重要帮助。

为了解决地面PM2.5监测网络在空间和时间覆盖受限的问题,提出了基于宽时空覆盖的卫星气溶胶光学厚度AOD,利用Stacking方法建立地面PM2.5浓度估算模型,将AOD、PM2.5和各气象参数以及与PM2.5排放有关的数据进行训练,使用改进网格搜索对模型超参数进行优化,通过对多重共线性分析,建立基于Stacking的最优PM2.5浓度估算模型。选取2016-01-01-2016-12-31的数据作为实验对象,结果表明:相比于随机森林、GBRT和XGBoost 3种模型,使用岭回归作为元学习器的Stacking模型性能更优,可见Stacking适用于大范围地理区域的大气污染监测。

利用简单易行的一步水热法制备了Ni(OH)2-碳纳米管-还原氧化石墨烯(Ni(OH)2-CNTs-RGO)三元复合材料,研究了不同水热反应温度对三元复合材料性能的影响。采用XRD、FTIR、Raman、X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、SEM及TEM对Ni(OH)2-CNTs-RGO复合材料的结构和表面微观形貌进行表征。利用循环伏安(CV)、电化学交流阻抗(EIS)和恒电流充放电测试了复合电极材料的电化学性能。研究结果表明,当反应温度为120℃时,所制备的Ni(OH)2-CNTs-RGO复合材料具有大的比表面积和三维网状结构,复合材料中六角形的β-Ni(OH)2纳米片和CNTs均匀分散在RGO片层表面,有效阻止了RGO的团聚。Ni(OH)2-CNTs-RGO复合电极材料在充电倍率为0.2 C时,放电比容量达到362.8 mAh/g,5 C时放电比容量为286.2 mAh/g,仍大于Ni(OH)2在0.2 C时的放电比容量,表明CNTs与RGO的协同作用有效提高了电极材料的导电性和活性物质的利用率,最终提升了Ni(OH)2-CNTs-RGO复合材料的倍率性能。

银花解毒汤来源于《疡科心得集》,是清热解毒、泻火凉血的重剂.痤疮是因为热毒壅盛,气血凝滞而成,属于阳热之证.2011年我们应用银花解毒汤联合维A酸乳膏治疗痤疮50例,取得了良好疗效.1 资料与方法1.1 一般资料:收集2011年1月至12月我院门诊患者100例,按病例尾号随机分为两组各50例.对照组男性23例、女性27例;年龄18~35、平均(21.05±5.81)岁;病程3个月~5年,平均(4.14±2.57)年.对照组男性22例、女性28例;年龄19~36、平均(22.71±5.63)岁;病程3个月~6年、平均(4.67±2.33)年.两组患者在性别、年龄、病程方面比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),具有可比性。
