본 연구는 장애인의 여가활동참여가 여가만족과 삶의 질에 미치는 영향을 파악하고, 여가활동참여와 질과의 관계에서 여가만족의 매개효과를 분석하기 위해, 장애인복지관을 이용하는 장애인 192명을 대상으로 설문자료를 수집 하였다. 수집한 자료는 SPSS를 활용하여 분석하였으며, 분석결과, 체육관련활동, 여행관련활동, 사회참여활동이 여가만족에 것으로 나타났으며, 질은 문화예술활동, 나타나, 적극적 여가활동 유형이 해석되었다. 또한, 연령, 교육, 경제수준, 장애등급을 통제한 후, 분석한 결과, 여가활동참여는 유의한 정적 제시되었으며, 관계에 여가만족은 통계적으로 부분매개효과를 가지는 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과바탕으로, 여가활동과 관련된 질 증진을 위한 함의 및 후속연구를 방향을 제시하였다.The purpose of the this study was to investigate association participation leisure activities, satisfaction and...

본 연구의 목적은 사회적 시장경제가 1950-60년대 독일의 현실 질서정책의 이념으로 확립되는 과정에서 그것의 “사회적” 차원이 어떻게 성찰되고 해석되었는지 그 구성맥락(Konstituierungszusammenhang)을 질서자유주의와 가톨릭사회론의 이념적 긴장관계를 통해 밝히는 것이다. 가톨릭사회론은 시장경제라는 이념이 전후 경제 및 사회정책의 기본구상으로 확립되는데 중요한 영향을 미쳤다. 특히 양자는 중세철학적 개념인 “질서”에 대한 각자의 이해를 바탕으로 시장경제의 차원을 사회정책 안에 구성적으로 반영하는데 기여하였다. 그러나 상황을 살펴보면 시장경제에 관하여 질서자유주의자들과 가톨릭사회론자들 사이에는 분명한 입장 차이가 존재한다. 이러한 차이를 확인하고 맥락을 해석해보면, 결국 차원에 물음과 직결됨을 알 수 있다. 가톨릭사회론자들은 원리와 시장경제적 원리의 상호의존성을 상이한 인식의 차원에서 성찰함으로써 의미를 보다 개방적이고 역동적으로 이해하는데

본 연구는 아동양육시설에서 근무하는 보육사의 직무스트레스가 이직의도에 미치는 영향을 분석하고 직무스트레스와 이직의도를 조절하는 변수로 사회적 지지와 슈퍼비전의 조절변수가 어떠한 미치는지 실증적으로 분석하여 변수들 간의 인과관계를 검증하는 목적을 가지고 있다. 연구의 자료수집을 위해 서울·경기·인천지역의 보육사 252명 대상으로, 임의 표집하여 자기보고식 설문지를 실시하였다. 연구문제를 해결하기 기술통계, 빈도분석, 위계적 회귀분석에는 SPSS Win ver. 21.0을 활용하였고, 확인적 요인분석에는 Amos 22.0을 활용하도록 하였다.BR 주요 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 아동양육시설 직무스트레스 하위요인별 역할과다, 역할갈등, 역할모호성이 직접적인 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 지지의 조절효과를 분석한 결과 부정적 완충하는 확인 할 수 있었다. 셋째, 이직의도의 관계는 슈퍼비전에 의한 조절효과가 나타나지 않았다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 감소시키기 위한 실천적 함의와...
