This paper examines how AI at work impacts on-the-job learning, shedding light on workers’ reactions to the groundbreaking technology. Based theoretical analysis, six hypotheses are proposed regarding three aspects of AI’s influence learning. Empirical results demonstrate that significantly inhibits people’s learning and this conclusion holds true in a series robustness endogeneity checks. The impact mechanism is makes workers more pessimistic about future, leading burnout less motivation...

Abstract: Histone deacetylases (HDACs) play a crucial role in the regulation of cancer progression and have emerged as key targets for antitumor therapy. Deacetylase Inhibitors (HDACis) effectively suppress tumor cell proliferation, induce apoptosis, cause cycle arrest, demonstrating broad-spectrum activity. This article primarily focuses on enhancing selectivity HDACis through structural modification using natural compounds. It provides detailed insights into structure histone deacetylase 8...

This paper uses a large-scale nationally representative dataset to examine the nonlinear effect of income on mental health. To investigate their causal relationship, exogenous impact automation is utilized as instrument variable (IV). In addition, explore both and its quadratic term are included in regressions. It found that health U-shaped rather than linear. The turning point (7.698) this relation near midpoint interval ([0, 16.113]). suggests depression declines increases at lower-income...

Job-seeking is always an inescapable challenge for graduates. It may take a lot of time to find satisfying jobs due the information gap between students who need offers and enterprises which ask proper candidates. Although campus recruiting job advertisements on Internet could provide partial information, it still not enough help know each other effectively match graduate with job. To narrow gap, we propose recommend graduates based historical employment data. Specifically, construct...

In real-world applications, we find a special type of object with poor detection results, which call skeleton objects. They have relatively small percentage truly meaningful pixels in the bounding box. The hollows objects contain lot cluttered background information. Through observation and experience from previous practice, try to use gradient map improve results Because is equivalent sharpening foreground information regular texture smoothing clutter, meets our requirements. So propose GAM...
