Epithelial ovarian cancer (EOC) is a that affects the female reproductive system and highly lethal. It poses significant challenges in terms of treatment often has poor prognosis. In recent years, with advent PARPi, entered new stage full-process management. Although more drugs have been approved, therapeutic effect PARPi still very limited. With rapid development PD-1/PD-L1, CTLA-4, oncolytic viruses, vaccines, adoptive cell therapy, etc., tumor immunotherapy provided opportunities for...

This brief presents a fast-locking multiphase closed-loop delay-locked loop (DLL). The proposed DLL employs novel rapid-tracking time-to-digital converter that spends only two clock cycles to generate fine codes. greatly reduces the fine-locking time and hence total locking goes down eight input reference cycles, shortened by 80%-95% compared with previously reported architectures. Fabricated in 130-nm technology, operates at 80-450 MHz. In addition, measured rms peak-to-peak jitters 180 MHz...

A high-speed CMOS TSPC divide-by-16/17 dual modulus prescaler is proposed. The speed of the improved in two aspects. First, by adopting a new pseudo divide-by-2/3 prescaler, minimum working period effectively reduced half NOR gate's delay. Second, changing connection D-Flip-Flops, further an inverter's Simulation results show that maximum operating frequency proposed circuit ~40% compared with conventional circuit. Fabricated 0.18-μm process, capable up to 5.8 GHz. power consumption 2.6 mW...

A fast-locking digital delay-locked loop (DLL) is presented in this paper. By adopting a novel high resolution Time-to-Digital Converter (TDC), the time for generating fine-tuned codes reduced to two clock cycles. Thus total locking greatly 8 input reference cycles and remarkably shortened by 80% 94.6% compared previous closed-loop architectures. The proposed DLL has been fabricated 0.13μm CMOS technology operates from 80MHz 450MHz. measured RMS peak-to-peak jitters are 2.3ps 10ps respectively.

A novel structure of CMOS low voltage bandgap reference, called "Subtracting BandGap Reference" (SBGR), is proposed. In this work, the extremely small temperature coefficient obtained by subtracting two Complementary To Absolute Temperature (CTAT) currents with same but different magnitude. The subtraction CTAT which have similar characteristics leads to coefficient. Simulation results show that new SBGR circuit achieves a three times lower than conventional reference.

A multimode DLL with trade-off between multiphase and static phase error is presented. By adopting a control circuit to regroup the delay line, better performance can be achieved while reducing number of output phases. The accomplishes three operation modes: mode1 four-phase output, mode2 two-phase performance, mode3 only one-phase but best performance. proposed has been fabricated in 0.13 μm CMOS technology measurement results show that errors mode1, are −18.2 ps, 11.8 ps −6:44...
