In this paper, we present a metal-only transmission metasurface adopting dual-layer elements with I-shaped grooves etched on each layer, which is designed for orbital angular momentum (OAM) generation. We investigate the effects of bank-firm relationships and corporate political activities on SMEs' credit rating probability acquiring loans from banks.
