Routine clinical assays, such as conventional immunohistochemistry, often fail to resolve the regional heterogeneity of complex inflammatory skin conditions. We introduce MANTIS (Multiplex Annotated Tissue Imaging System), a flexible analytic pipeline compatible with routine practice, specifically designed for spatially resolved immune phenotyping in experimental or samples. On basis phenotype attribution matrices coupled α-shape algorithms, projects representative digital landscape while...

The angular distribution of radiation from a rod-pinch diode is examined with coupled PIC-Monte-Carlo simulations using the LSP code (D.R. Welch, et al., 2001) and compared dose measurements on ASTERIX pulsed-power generator. For 4- to 6-MV voltage range accessible in experiments, both measured simulated doses at 1 m were 25 38 rad-LiF forward direction (0/spl deg/). calculated 90/spl deg/ 1.2-1.8 times larger than forward-directed depending rod diameter. This also agreement variation (F.C....

This paper presents the design, fabrication, and characterization of a compact wideband antenna for high-power microwave applications. The antennas proposed are array patches with high compactness less than λ/10 thick. concept developed can be fed by high-voltage signals (up to 60 kV) in repetitive operation. Two designs produced at central frequencies 350 MHz 1 GHz. Their relative bandwidth is larger 40% 25% GHz S11 <; - 10 dB, respectively. arrays studied produce gain more 14 dB.
