This paper presents a low-power 14-bit single-slope based column-level ADC for 384×288 size uncooled infrared imager. In this work, passive sample and hold structure is proposed to minimize the ADC's power consumption. Moreover, makes use of TDC with DLL-based 3-bit gray counter, which improves performance.
