Objective : to determine the frequency and risk factors for postoperative pancreatic fistula (POPF) after gastrectomy. Material Methods . From January 1, 2018 October 31, 2023, 198 patients with stage I–III gastric cancer underwent gastrectomy D2 lymphadenectomy at a Regional Oncological Dispensary. Primary gastric melanoma is an extremely rare disease. Melanoma of upper gastrointestinal tract usually occurs as metastasis from a primary skin tumor in 1 to 4 % cases.
