Objective : to determine the frequency and risk factors for postoperative pancreatic fistula (POPF) after gastrectomy. Material Methods . Primary gastric melanoma is an extremely rare disease. Melanoma of upper gastrointestinal tract usually occurs as metastasis from a primary skin tumor in 1 to 4 % cases.
