연구 목적: 본 연구의 목적은 주민참여, 정부 거버넌스, 기업효율로부터 주민참여 환경영향평가 지표체계를 구축하여 관련요인이 주민참여에 미치는 영향을 분석하고 이에 대한 방안을 제시하는 것이다. 방법: 방법으로는 설문조사를 통하여 데이터를 수집하였으며, 요인을 추출하기 위하여 SPSS 통계패키지를 활용하여 탐색적 요인분석을 실시하고 가중치 부여를 지표를 구성하였다. 내용: 연구는 제시하였고, 주민 주민참여가 환경게임 과정에서 정부와 기업의 환경보호 활동을 감시하고 제한하는 입장을 나타낼 수 있다는 결론을 도출하였다. 결론 및 제언: 연구결과를 바탕으로 환경영향평가에 주민참여를 제고하기 위한 참여주체의 과학적 정의, 정보 공개시스템 개선 등 제언을 제시하였다.
