Trapping of methylglyoxal (MGO), an important precursor advanced glycation end products (AGEs), is considered effective therapy for alleviating AGE-induced chronic metabolic diseases. In this paper, taxifolin (Tax) was first found to effectively trap MGO by forming mono- and di-MGO adducts under in vitro conditions. addition, the mechanism trapping Tax also studied vivo. demonstrated efficiently endogenous via formation mono-MGO urine fecal samples C57BL/6J mice after oral administration...

Glechomae Herba is a traditional Chinese medicine used for the treatment of urolithiasis, cholelithiasis, and urinary tract infections in China. Identification chemical constituents helpful to discover potential active ingredients. However, this significant work stymied by complex constituents. Therefore, an ultra high performance liquid chromatography coupled quadrupole-time-of-flight tandem mass spectrometry analysis with diagnostic product ions neutral loss filtering strategy was...

Augmented reality (AR) adoption in archeological site museums has attracted growing attention; however, a notable gap remains understanding how personal traits and technological perceptions interact to influence tourists’ choices. To address this gap, study conducted at the Sanxingdui Archeological Site Museum employs Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), widely used framework for analyzing user acceptance of technology, alongside structural equation modeling examine nuanced interplay Readiness...

Rationale Clerodendranthi Spicati Herba (CSH) is often used to treat urinary stones, tract infections and nephritis in China. Much literature has reported that polymeric phenolic acids flavonoids are the major bioactive components CSH. Therefore, it very meaningful identify Methods Ultrahigh‐performance liquid chromatography coupled quadrupole time‐of‐flight tandem mass spectrometry (UHPLC/QTOF‐MS/MS) analysis with target nontarget data mining strategy was proposed rapidly profile Diagnostic...

Building information modeling (BIM) is an emerging technique in the construction industry. It regarded as effective approach for green building development; however, its effectiveness has not been sufficiently investigated from a lifecycle perspective. To bridge this research gap, study investigates BIM application value different phases of through convolutional neural network (CNN) method. begin with, assessment framework was developed with consideration balancing estimation accuracy and...

The paper describes an advanced blading concept for highly loaded turbomachinery, named as Blended Blade and EndWall (BBEW). It implies the following three separate aspects or any of their combinations, i.e. increasing dihedral between blade surface endwall much possible, minimum curvature radius curved transition that connects with endwall, decreasing streamwise gradient reduces streamwise. To knowledge authors this is first approach reported in open literature try to control corner...

An investigation on seeds of Brucea javanica led to the acquisition a new quassinoid, 20-hydroxyyadanzigan (1), along with five known quassinoids (2–6). The structure compound was elucidated basis extensive spectral analysis. All compounds were assayed for their anticomplement activities through classical and alternative pathways. Compounds 1–6 exhibited potent activity CH50 AP50 values 0.032–0.075 mg/mL 0.061–0.118 mg/mL, respectively. Moreover, structure-activity relationships these are discussed.
