Several simple and convenient transformations of imines aziridines under mild conditions have been developed, rendering access to several kinds β-amino derivatives, α-amino nitriles phosphonates, aziridines, conjugated dienes from neutral metal-free very conveniently. To discover new compounds with broad spectrum and high activity, we designed a series of novel benzamides containing 1,2,4-oxadiazole moiety by bioisosterism, 28 derivatives antifungal activity were synthesized. Abstract A series of enantioselective pyrrolidine‐2,4,4‐tricarboxylate derivatives were synthesized by the [3+2] 1,3‐dipolar cycloaddition azomethine ylide with alkylidene malonates. By using 4 mol % a Cu II N,P oxazolinylferrocene ligand complex and 10 base, pyrrolidine analogues obtained in high yields (77–99 %) excellent enantioselectivities (up to 99 ee ).
