Primary small bowel carcinoma in pregnant women is extremely rare. Small cancer difficult to diagnose because of its rarity, lack specific clinical symptoms, and particular anatomical features. We experienced a case primary adenocarcinoma with ovarian metastasis during pregnancy. This the first reported patient whose pregnancy continued term ended delivery.
