Abstract The purpose of the present study was to investigate whether catalpol exhibited neuroprotective effects in chronic unpredictable mild stress (CUMS) mice through oxidative stress-mediated nucleotide-binding oligomerization domain, leucine-rich repeat, and pyrin-domain-containing 3 (NLRP3) inflammasome neuroinflammation. Deficits behavioral tests, including open field test (OFT), forced swim (FST), elevated plus-maze (EPM), were ameliorated following administration. To potential...

With the aid of CTAB amphiphile, water-phase artificial light-harvesting systems were fabricated as nanoparticles by self-assembly two low-molecular-weight organic molecules: a UPy-functionalized TPE derivative 1 with both supramolecular polymerization and AIE capabilities donor fluorescent chromophore NiR an acceptor. Owing to flexibility self-assembly, tunable emissions including white-light emission could be easily realized high energy transfer efficiency antenna effect.

Abstract An increasing evidence supports that cell competition, a vital selection and quality control mechanism in multicellular organisms, is involved tumorigenesis development; however, the mechanistic contributions to association between competition tumor drug resistance remain ill-defined. In our study, based on contructed lenvitinib-resistant hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) cells display obvious competitive growth dominance over sensitive through reprogramming energy metabolism....

Abstract Black phosphorus (BP) has attracted great attentions in the last few years, but their applications optoelectronics have been strongly hindered by poor environmental stability, especially under light irradiation. Herein, fabrication of surface passivated few‐layer BP assisted polymer ionic liquids (PILs) is reported. The PIL‐modified 2D exhibits excellent stability ambient conditions, with negligible deterioration 100 d. Furthermore, PILs attached on provide reliable and flexible...

Abstract Ambient electrocatalytic nitrogen (N 2 ) reduction has gained significant recognition as a potential substitute for producing ammonia (NH 3 ). However, N adsorption and *NN protonation activation reaction with the competing hydrogen evolution remain daunting challenge. Herein, defect‐rich TiO nanosheet electrocatalyst PdCu alloy nanoparticles (PdCu/TiO 2−x is designed to elucidate reactivity selectivity trends of cleavage path ‐to‐NH catalytic conversion. Amino acids are the most simplistic bio-building blocks and perform a variety of functions in metabolic activities. Increasing publications report that amino acid-based superstructures present amyloid-like characteristics, arising from their supramolecular β-sheet secondary structures driven by hydrogen-bonding-connected β-strands, which formed head-to-tail hydrogen bonds between terminal carboxyl groups adjacent residues. Therefore, establishment structure-function relationships is critical...

Durable response to immune checkpoint blockade (ICB) in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) are limited a minority of patients, yet reliable biomarkers still lacking. Inflammatory cytokines such as interleukin-8 (IL-8) associated with HCC progression, and IL-8 is known the chemoattractant for immunosuppressive myeloid cells. Depression and obesity are common chronic diseases in modern society. Meta-analyses consistently reveal a bidirectional relationship: individuals with depression have higher risk of obesity, while obese more prone to depression. Prompt compression is increasingly studied for its potential to reduce computational costs and alleviate the burden on language models when processing lengthy prompts. Prior research has assessed token retention removal by calculating information entropy. However, prompt encounters two significant challenges: (1) Information entropy, while widely used, may not be optimal metric; (2) The semantic significance of tokens context-dependent, which renders independent decisions inadequate. We...
