Studies of mental disorder comorbidity have produced an unsynthesized literature with multiple competing transdiagnostic models. The current study attempted to (a) integrate these models into overarching hierarchy, (b) link the resulting factors bifactor model psychopathology, and (c) investigate predictive validity for important future outcomes. A series exploratory structural equation (ESEMs) was conducted on 12 common disorders from a large, 2-wave nationally representative sample, using...
Previous studies have documented the utility of a transdiagnostic internalizing factor in predicting important future outcomes (e.g., subsequent mental disorder diagnoses). To date, however, no study has investigated whether an predicts mortality risk. Also, while pre-vious risk emphasized its associations with particular disorders, assessed how vs. disorder-specific variance differently predict that The primary aims this were to explore: a) risk, b) psychopathologies uniquely over and...
Abstract Introduction Previous studies suggest that emotional distress in children from family relationships is associated with declines both objective sleep indicators and subjective quality. Even after accounting for factors such as school-related anxiety sensitivity, there a close connection between difficulties internalizing symptoms children. This study explores longitudinal trajectories of examines across different trajectories. Methods conducted secondary analysis based on large-scale...
Understanding whether the co‐occurrence of psychiatric symptoms within autism spectrum disorder (ASD) are specific to ASD diagnosis or reflect similar higher‐order patterns observed in both and non‐ASD samples, a confluence two, is critical importance. If similar, it would suggest that comorbid conditions among individuals with not specific, disorders per se, but general liability psychopathology associated ASD. To this end, current study examined structure co‐occurring was same youth....
Background In an attempt to resolve questions regarding the symptom classification of autism spectrum disorder ( ASD ), previous research generally aimed demonstrate superiority one model over another. Rather than adjudicating which may be optimal, we propose alternative approach that integrates competing models using Goldberg's bass‐ackwards method, providing a comprehensive understanding underlying structure . Methods The study sample comprised 3,825 individuals, consecutive referrals...
Person-centered analyses of mental disorder comorbidity typically identify a single optimal latent group structure. We took an alternate approach, modeling every estimable class model in nationally representative sample ( N = 34,653) and integrating them into overarching hierarchy, providing full multilevel accounting various person-centered structures. then investigated the structural stability this hierarchy across two waves data collection, of, transition between, classes over time using...
Abstract Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) is a chronic, fatal, fibrotic, interstitial lung disease of unknown cause. Despite extensive studies, the underlying mechanisms IPF development remain unknown. Here, we found that p300 was upregulated in multiple epithelial cells samples from patients with and mouse models fibrosis. Lung significantly diminished by alveolar type II (ATII) cell–specific deletion gene. Moreover, ubiquitin C-terminal hydrolase L3 (UCHL3)-mediated deubiquitination led...
Liver fibrosis is caused by chronic liver damage and results in the aberrant accumulation of extracellular matrix during disease progression. Despite identification HAT enzyme p300 as a major factor for fibrosis, development therapeutic agents targeting regulation has not been reported. We validated novel inhibitor (A6) on improvement using two mouse models, mice choline-deficient high-fat diet thioacetamide-treated mice. demonstrated that pathological hall-marks were significantly...
Purpose: In order to estimate clinical effects of acupotomy and venesection in a patient with peripheral neuropathy upper limb lymphedema following breast cancer surgery. Methods: From 17th August, 2009 29th August 2009, 1 female surgery was treated general oriental medicine therapy(acupuncture, moxibustion, cupping, physical therapy, herbal medication) venesection. Results: The patient`s chief complaints- Lt hand numbness, arm edema, Lt. wrist flexion limitation - were notably improved....
In this paper, a daily activity monitoring system for Internet of Things (IoT)- assisted living in home area networks is proposed order to provide care elderly people who live alone. The consists two main parts: an IoT-assisted space with contactless sensors, help trigger, and emergency gateway server range components including data collection, event user management, analysis reporting, so on. sensors can be placed anywhere the home, collects from them, detects situations reported through...
Although quantitative evaluation of myocardial blood flow (MBF) and reserve (MFR) has been perceived as an attractive advantage positron emission tomography (PET) over other cardiac imaging technologies, application the information to specific coronary lesions is a difficult task for nuclear cardiologists. We hypothesized that changes in MBF MFR lesion could be identified by use hybrid technology CT angiography (CTCA) N-13 ammonia PET.To evaluate this hypothesis, we measured gradient through...
Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) is a lung disease that results in scarring of the lungs for an unknown reason. Although many studies have been conducted on IPF, precise mechanisms and treatments not yet identified. In this study, we found aucuparin, natural product isolated from Sorbus aucuparia, inhibited bleomycin (BLM)-induced mouse model. samples mice treated with gene expression inflammation macrophage activation markers was reduced compared to those BLM alone. Moreover, aucuparin...
Studies of the continuity psychopathology symptoms mainly involved traditional conceptualization that mental disorders are discrete entities. However, high comorbidity rates suggest a few transdiagnostic factors underlie individual disorders. Therefore, present study examined validity in predicting homotypic and heterotypic classes across two waves nationally representative sample. We conducted latent transition analysis to investigate how differentially affect probabilities time. Results...
Programmed cell death 5 (PDCD5) regulates and suppresses tumor progression.Since the stability nuclear translocation of PDCD5 are regulated by TP53-dependent stimuli, knowledge regulatory mechanism function is required to better understand TP53-signaling pathway. We identified Jumonji domain-containing protein 4 (JMJD4) be a PDCD5-interacting using liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS).Interestingly, JMJD4 upregulates proliferation chemo-resistance under genotoxic stress conditions...
In recent years, there has been a popularity rose up on Smart TV (Smart Television)...
