Medical gauze is commonly used in clinical practice due to its low irritation, flexibility, and permeability. However, conventional frequently lacks adequate antibacterial anti-adhesion properties, that only superhydrophobic or seldom meets the full requirements of infected wound treatment. In this work, we report optimal air permeability, water blood absorption, biocompatibility, effective properties a sandwich-structured composed outer layer, zeolite imidazolate framework-8 (ZIF8)...
Background: To evaluate the analgesic efficacy on defined areas of abdomen and back after ultrasound-guided subcostal transversus abdominis plane (TAP) block using 0.25% levobupivacaine 0.5 mL/kg. Methods: Twenty patients undergoing elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy, between 20 60 years age with operative time <1 hour, received TAP mL/kg left side. Surgery started 1 hour observation. Sensory assessment was undertaken pinprick 75% ethyl alcohol at 10, 20, 30 minutes, 1, 3, 12 hours 19...
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of mid-axillary approach to transversus abdominis plane (TAP) block in each abdominal and back region. Methods Twenty patients both sexes, aged 18-64 yr, with body mass index 20-27 kg/m2, American Society Anesthesiologists physical status ⅠorⅡ, scheduled for elective laparoscopic cholecystectomy, who had expected operation time <1 h, were enrolled study.Ultrasound-guided TAP was performed on left side via line 0.25% levobupivacaine 0.5 ml/kg.TAP...
