ABSTRACT Background Proton density fat fraction (PDFF) and R2* are noninvasive MRI biomarkers for quantifying iron in abdominal organs. While 3.0 T is widely used clinically, 5.0 may offer improved accuracy reliability. With the increasing availability of T, assessing its feasibility utility PDFF organs needed. Purpose To determine agreement liver, pancreas, kidney, paraspinal muscle at 2 different field strengths. Study Type Prospective. Population A total 127 participants, including 60...

Due to the specific physiology associated with pregnancy and puerperium, cerebral venous sinus thrombosis (CVT) may manifest different characteristics. This study aimed identify clinical manifestations prognosis of pregnancy-associated CVT. A total 43 CVT patients were enrolled. We analysed presentations disease performed a multivariate logistic regression analysis determine which variables prognosis. Our descriptive results showed following: 1) incidence was 202 per 100,000 deliveries,...

Transcervical resection of adhesions (TCRA) is the standard treatment for intrauterine adhesion (IUA). Previous studies have shown that postoperative oral estrogen or an physical barrier could reduce recurrence IUA by promoting proliferation endometrium inhibiting reformation adhesions. Our team designed stent can release within uterine cavity slowly. In this study, we aimed to investigate efficacy and safety estrogen-releasing system in preventing moderate severe IUA.

To analyze the correlation between placenta related disease of pregnant women with antecedent hysteroscopic adhesiolysis due to intrauterine adhesions (IUA). This is a single center, non-randomized, open-label, retrospective cohort Study. 74 patients who had and hormone therapy for IUA progressed into third trimester were group A 296 without B. The main outcome measure incidence including accreta spectrum, previa, placental abruption, growth restriction (IUGR), pregnancy-induced hypertension...

Background Abdominal pregnancy is characterized by the implantation of gestational sac within peritoneal cavity, specifically outside fallopian tubes, ovaries, and cervix. This exceedingly rare form ectopic accounts for about 1% all pregnancies. When rupture occurs, it can result in a life-threatening situation patient, necessitating immediate medical intervention. Case information In this study, we report 33-year-old female patient who presented with abdominal pain was subsequently...
