Catheter-based pulmonary artery denervation (PADN) has achieved promising outcomes to treat hypertension (PH). We herein present stereotactic body radiotherapy (SBRT) as a novel noninvasive approach for PADN. A single fraction of 15 Gy, 20 Gy or 25 was delivered PADN in thromboxane A2 (TxA2) - induced acute PH swine model. demonstrated that by 20-Gy SBRT reduced mean (PA) pressure during the TxA2 challenge. All dosages led deeper area compared with radiofrequency ablation (RFA) and...

Background: Ultrasound imaging has become one of the most widely utilized adjunct tools in breast cancer screening due to its advantages. The computer-aided detection ultrasound is rapid development via significant features extracted from images. Objectives: main aim was identify image that can facilitate reasonable classification images between malignant and benign lesions. Patients Methods: This research a retrospective study which 85 cases (35 [positive group] 50 [negative with diagnostic...

Background We have previously reported the feasibility of noninvasive stereotactic body radiotherapy (SBRT) as a novel approach for renal denervation. Methods and Results Herein, from translational point view, we assessed antihypertensive effect chronological evolution SBRT-induced nerve injury within 6 months in hypertensive swine model. Hypertension was induced by subcutaneous implantation deoxycorticosterone acetate pellets combination with high-salt diet. A single dose 25 Gy SBRT...

To measure the scattered dose to ovary from radiotherapy for neuroblastoma in female children and evaluate relevant risks radiation-induced ovarian damage.Radiotherapy child was simulated on water phantom. The is measured by ionization chamber linear accelerator with 3-dimensional conformal radiation therapy intensity-modulated treatment producing 6MV 10MV X-rays. planning procedure carried out a computer system (TPS, Oncentra). Optimization of number orientation beams were performed order...
