This research aimed to construct an emulsifier by the Maillard reaction at various times using cod fish skin collagen peptide (CSCP) and ι-carrageenan (ι-car) stabilize Antarctic krill oil (AKO) emulsion. emulsion was then investigated for physicochemical stability, oxidative gastrointestinal digestibility. The stability index emulsifying activity of products (MRPs) were increased 36.32 % 66.30 %, respectively, appropriate graft degree (25.58 %) compared with mixture ι-car CSCP. In vitro...

Recently, phosphorylation has been applied to peptides enhance their physiological activity, taking advantage of its modification benefits and the extensive study functional peptides. In this study, water-soluble (WSPs) sea cucumber ovum were phosphorylated in order improve latter’s calcium binding capacity absorption. Enzymatic hydrolysis methods screened via ultraviolet-visible absorption spectroscopy (UV–Vis), fluorescence spectrum, chelating ability. Phosphorylated (P-WSPs) characterized...

Abstract Using non-amphiphilic polysaccharide to stabilize oil-in-water emulsions is still a challenge in food industry. Polysaccharide microgels showed emulsifying capacity, however, the stability of formed far from requirements In this work, agarose microgel/Tween-20 suspensions were prepared and further employed emulsion stabilization. Focuses taken on impact Tween-20 properties microgels. Results suggested that could complex with microgels, microamounts (0.02 wt%) apparently improve...

The synthesis of octenyl-succinylated chitosan with different degrees substitution resulting from chemical modification and controlled addition octenyl succinic acid was investigated. modified products were characterized using 1H NMR, FTIR, XRD, the degree also determined. properties oligosaccharide in solution evaluated by surface tension dye solubilization, finding that molecules self-assembled when they are above critical aggregation concentration. two methods yielded consistent results,...

Acacia melanoxylon is highly valued for its commercial applications, with the heartwood exhibiting a range of colors from dark to light among various clones. The underlying mechanisms contributing this color variation, however, have not been fully elucidated. In an effort understand factors that influence development heartwood, comparative analysis was conducted on microstructure, substance composition, differential gene expression, and metabolite profiles in sapwood (SW), transition zone...

Aquilaria crassna Pierre ex Lecomte is a principal species renowned for its production of agarwood. However, the active components agarwood are not universally in compliance with standards set by Chinese Pharmacopoeia. We have identified an elite A. tree agarotetrol and alcohol extract levels that exceed these successfully established stable vitro micropropagation system using stem segments from this tree. The effects auxins minerals on axillary-bud induction, shoot multiplication, rooting...

The effects of Na + , Ca 2+ and Mg on hydrophobically associating water-soluble polymers (HAWP) were studied in this paper.Their decreased viscosity aqueous solution at different salt concentrations measured the corresponding microstructure by Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM) determined. results show that destructive microstrucure was intrinsic reason for decresed viscosity. Among three solutins, CaCl 2 has highest strong capability to microstucute HAWP.

It is recognized that palatability not a measurable component of feed and cannot be measured directly, but some indicators may found,so experiment was conducted to investigate the influences moisture content, pellet hardness, starch gelatinization, pasting properties, other factors on feed. The results showed influence gelatinization Considering formulation, processing technology aspects feed, high quality controlled within certain range physical chemical parameters, content (12%-13.5%),...
