Network environments give computer users the option of employing distributed information and services to complete a task. However, gathering using in networks requires knowing exactly what kinds are required for task, where they are, how can be obtained or utilized. Tracking down answers these questions difficult, time consuming tasks users. Mobile agent technology is expected release them from having do so. Instead, "intelligent" mobile agents will comprehend user's requirements, search...

Abstract Methanol and water extracts of 30 Indonesian medicinal plants were tested for inhibitory activity on avian myeloblastosis virus (AMV)‐reverse transcriptase (RT). The most potent inhibition was shown by Loranthus parasiticus (whole plant), Helicteres isora (fruit), Terminalia belerica (fruit peel), Strobilanthes crispus (leaves) Woodfordia floribunda (flower leaves). Two kinds template‐primers, (rA) n ‐(dT) 12–18 (rC) ‐(dG) examined polymerization reaction but the stronger in...

A splice variant of androgen receptor (AR), AR-V7, lacks in androgen-binding portion and leads to aggressive cancer characteristics. Reverse transcription-polymerase chain reactions (PCRs) subsequent nested PCRs for the amplification AR-V7 prostate-specific antigen (PSA) transcripts were done whole blood patients with prostate male controls. With primary reverse transcription PCRs, PSA detected 4.5% 4.7% cancer, respectively. messenger RNA (mRNA) was positive 43.8% castration-sensitive 48.1%...

A strictly anaerobic bacterium capable of metabolizing sennosides was isolated from human feces and identified as Bifidobacterium sp., named strain SEN. The hydrolyzed B to sennidins via sennidin 8-monoglucosides, respectively. Among nine species having beta-glucosidase activity, only dentium B. adolescentis metabolized sennoside B, suggesting that the sennoside-metabolizing bacteria produce a novel type hydrolyzing sennidins.
