ABSTRACT Accurate container throughput forecasting is critical for enhancing port efficiency and ensuring global trade stability, particularly in the face of economic uncertainties, geopolitical tensions, supply chain disruptions. Existing methods often struggle to model nonlinear, nonstationary, noise‐laden characteristics data, creating a clear gap ability provide reliable predictions. To address this, we propose novel hybrid model, VMD‐ISE‐TCNT, designed tackle these challenges. The...

Psoriasis is an inflammatory disease linked to gut microbiome dysbiosis. However, the mechanisms underlying changes caused by dietary habits in psoriasis remain unclear. We performed a case-control study including 64 patients and age-, sex-, body mass index (BMI)-matched controls. Stool samples were collected for metagenomics sequencing. The differential abundance analysis was identify differentially abundant taxa between control groups. intake frequency information of each included subject...

Although sarcopenia has been linked to a range of cardiometabolic diseases (CMDs, including coronary heart disease [CHD], stroke, and diabetes here), its role in the temporal progression from healthy single CMD, subsequently multimorbidity (CMM, coexistence ≥ 2 CMDs an individual), further death remains unclear. In this study, we aimed examine associations with risk CMDs, CMM, mortality along CMD trajectory. We used data UK Biobank 413,326 participants free at baseline. Multi-state models...

ABSTRACT The molecular pathology of multi-organ injuries in COVID-19 patients remains unclear, preventing effective therapeutics development. Here, we report an in-depth proteomic landscape patient autopsy samples. By integrative analysis proteomes seven organs, namely lung, spleen, liver, heart, kidney, thyroid and testis, characterized 11,394 proteins, which 5336 were perturbed compared to controls. Our data showed that CTSL, rather than ACE2, was significantly upregulated the lung from...

Twelve novel human leukocyte antigen class II alleles are described; eight DRB1 and four DQB1 alleles. Nine of the variants single nucleotide substitutions from their most homologous allele, which six result in amino acid changes (DRB1*0459, *1156 *1522; DQB1*0205, *0320 *0321) three silent (DRB1*030105 *040304, DQB1*030104). The remaining (DRB1*0906, *1464 *1468) differ similar by two to alter one acids.
