Abstract We report a family cluster of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) caused by presymptomatic case. There were 9 members, including 8 laboratory-confirmed with COVID-19, and 6-year-old child had no evidence infection. Among the patients, 1 adult 13-month-old infant asymptomatic, was diagnosed as having severe pneumonia.
