The rate of superoxide anion radical, hydroxyl radical and hydrogen peroxide generation, the level oxidative modification mitochondrial proteins in liver rats with toxic hepatitis was investigated on background alimentary protein deficiency. We did not find significant increases intensity free processes mitochondria maintained protein-deficient ration. most intensification is observed under conditions hepatitis, induced deprivation. Under these aggravation all studied forms reactive oxygen...

The activity of detoxication enzymes in liver microsomal fraction preliminary radiation-exposed rats was investigated. It shown that organism exposure to radiation reduced cytochrome Р450 and glutathione-S-transferase the latent logarithmic phases oncogenesis compared with unirradiated tumor.Low level can be caused by transition P450 P420 inactive form. The does not influence enzyme on terminal stages Guerin's carcinoma growth.

Activity of isocitrate dehydrogenase, α-ketoglutarate malate and the NAD(+)/NADН ratio were studied in liver mitochondrial fraction rats with toxic hepatitis induced by acetaminophen under conditions alimentary protein deprivation. Acetaminophen-induced was characterized a decrease dehydrogenase activities, while remained at control level. Modeling acetaminophen-induced caused more pronounced activity NAD(+)-dependent dehydrogenases 2.2-fold increase ratio. This suggests that deprivation...

Background. Acetaminophen is known as inducer of acute hepatotoxicity. Extrahepatic manifestations acetaminophen toxicity are poorly understood in particular its nephrotoxicity. Objective. The purpose this study was the morphological characteristic rat kidneys under conditions acetaminophen-induced nephrotoxicity on background alimentary deprivation protein. Methods. Аfter administration toxic dose and maintenance rats a different regimen protein nutrition their were sectioned stained with...

The activity of free radical processes in liver mitochondria was investigated rats kept on high-sucrose and low protein/high-sucrose diets. Excess dietary sucrose caused intensification as evidenced by increased hydroxyl generation, accumulation primary (conjugated dienes, ketodienes) secondary products (TBA-reactive products) lipid peroxidation, cholesterol/phospholipids ratio also oxidative modification proteins (carbonyl derivatives). Additional nutritional protein deficiency (low diet)...

The research deals with the integral haematological indices such as markers of immunoreactivity and phagocytic activity neutrophils in animals kept conditions a nutrient imbalance. were divided into four experimental groups: I — receiving full-value semi-synthetic ration (control group); II low-protein (LPR); III high-sucrose diet (HS); IV low-protein/high-sucrose (LPR/HS). It has been found that nutritional protein deficiency there was disturbance specific immune response, evidenced by...
