摘要: 领导预期下属非工作时间随时保持联系、并且及时回复工作信息已成为当下数字经济时代中的职场新常态。文章基于资源保存理论, 构建领导非工作时间电子通信预期(After-hours electronic communication expectations, AECE)影响下属工作绩效的多路径模型。通过实验研究, 以及多时点、多来源的问卷调查研究, 结果发现:(1)在资源获益路径, 领导AECE会通过增强下属组织自尊, 提升工作绩效; (2)在资源损耗路径, 领导AECE会增加下属的压力感知; (3)在资源威胁路径, 领导AECE会引发下属的名声担忧, 进而降低工作绩效; (4)自我领导调节资源威胁路径, 即当下属自我领导水平较高时, 领导AECE通过名声担忧降低工作绩效的间接效应被削弱。整合的理论框架为解释领导AECE对下属工作绩效的复杂影响提供更全面的解释, 这不仅丰富了AECE相关文献, 拓展了资源保存理论在数字经济管理背景下的应用, 同时也为"随时待命"这一职场新常态提供管理实践启示。

摘要: 双通道心理账户是指人们在购买决策时具有一个双向通道的心理账户, 其中一个通道记录了付款后消费者剩余的正效用, 而另一个通道则记录了除去消费后付款带来的负效用。当消费与支付联结紧密时, 会让人们更易想起支付的痛苦, 从而降低消费快感, 此时快乐弱化系数(a)大; 当消费与支付联结较弱时, 人们更不易记起支付的金额, 从而在消费时拥有更多快乐, 此时痛苦钝化系数(b)大。文章通过整理已有研究发现:先付款后消费的a 系数更小, 而先消费后付款的b 系数更小; 奢侈品的a 系数更大, 而必需品的b 系数更大; 吝啬者的a 而挥霍者的b 系数更大。文章进一步阐述了影响消费者购买联结的心理机制是债务规避和负的时间偏好、支付贬值等。在此基础上为消费者做出购买决策以及商家选择促销方式提出了建议。同时也为消费者决策行为研究提供了新的视角和研究课题。

Sad-spending is a typical kind of compensatory consumption. Some scholars found that consumers would spend more money when they were sad, which called “sad-spending” effect. Both conscious and unconscious consumption benefit the consumers, such as emotional recovery process. Based on former studies, we examine how sad-spending impact process subjective well-being.
