그 동안 교육부의 각종 창업 관련 사업과 예산 확대, 대학 차원에서의 창업교육 다양화 및 활성화를 위한 노력이 이루어져 왔다. 그러나 기존의 학생 창업에 관한 연구는 대학의 특성들, 즉 기관 특성과 조직 역량 특성, 창업교육과 같은 비교과 교육과정의 과정적 특성에 효과 분석에 소홀하였다. 이러한 문제의식에 기반하여 본 창업과 관련한 특성 변인, 창업교육이라는 대학교육의 변인의 효과성을 분석함으로써 창업성과의 증대 방안을 탐색하고자 하였다. 연구의 목적을 해결하기 위해 활용한 분석 자료는 ‘에듀데이터 서비스 시스템’ 데이터와 ‘대학정보공시’ 데이터이며, 방법은 순차적 회귀분석이다. 분석결과, 학생창업자수에 영향을 미치는 변인은 규모, SCI급 논문수로 나타났고, 창업전담교원수, 창업동아리 참여인원은 학생창업자수의 차이를 만들어내는 데 기여하지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 결과에 기초하여 대학생의 창업성과 증대를 정책적 시사점을 제공하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학은 창업지원역량을...
