The primary objective of bypass surgery is the long-term patency vessels, but shortening occlusion time during anastomosis also required to avoid ischemic complications. Bypass associated with variations in procedure depending on a surgeon's preference. However, regardless technical variations, success depends some universal aspects. Surgical field preparation before and implementation adequate steps for confirmation are important determinants successful surgery.
