Scanning capacitance microscopy and spectroscopy combined with numerical simulations have been used to image nanoscale electronic structures in In0.30Ga0.70N∕GaN quantum-well heterostructures grown by metalorganic chemical vapor deposition. Macroscopic capacitance–voltage indicate that, depending on the bias voltage applied, either electron or hole accumulation n-type region can occur. microscope images reveal local variations properties structure similar that of monoatomic steps observable...
Ga N ∕ Al x 1 − superlattices (SLs) with different period thicknesses tp were grown as interlayers between GaN and AlyGa1−yN epilayers. The effect of threading dislocations (TDs) blocking became more evident increasing tp. Transmission electron microscopy analysis shows that TDs are inclined to be bended in SLs terminated wells a result strain. X-ray diffraction measurement also validated played important role filter. resulted an abnormal decrease relaxation factors R(SLs)
This study utilizes the monochromatic X-ray radiation device established by National Institute of Metrology, China, to conduct a systematic experimental investigation mass attenuation coefficients niobium, molybdenum, tantalum, and tungsten metals near their K absorption edges. The device's ability generate continuously tunable X-rays accurately measure photon counts provides an ideal condition for precise coefficient measurements. employs minimum energy step 0.1 keV systematically obtain...
Magnetic dipole ($M1$) transitions of $N=11$ nuclei $^{17}\mathrm{C}$ and $^{21}\mathrm{Ne}$ are investigated by using shell model deformed Skyrme Hartree-Fock $+$ blocked BCS wave functions. Shell calculations predict well observed energy spectra magnetic in $^{21}\mathrm{Ne}$, while the results rather poor to these observables $^{17}\mathrm{C}$. In HF calculations, ground states two shown have large prolate deformations close ${\ensuremath{\beta}}_{2}=0.4$. It is also pointed out that...
Much interest has recently been devoted to the shape evolution of neutron-rich Si isotopes both experimentally and theoretically. We present our study |$^{28-42}$|Si using Skyrme–Hartree–Fock model with Bardeen-Cooper-Schrieffer approximation for pairing channel. use an empirical parameter deduced from experimental binding energy data each nucleus Skyrme parametrization. The recent highlight deformation change prolate |$^{38}$|Si oblate |$^{42}$|Si is confirmed in model. also emphasize role...
Lithium-ion batteries have become a most promising energy storage candidate in power station and electric vehicles because of its high capability, energy-conversion efficiency, environmental friendliness. It is significant to diagnose the security battery by monitoring state parameters. Wherein, temperature strain are two important ones. In this work, sensitivity-enhanced FBG sensor was designed for measurement lithium-ion batteries. This proposed consists FBGs lever mechanism. The mechanism...
It is known that the phase response of spatial light modulators (SLMs) measured by double-beam interferometers sensitive to mechanical and environmental disturbances. This paper proposes a Shack-Hartmann wavefront sensor (SHWS) method measure characteristics SLM. The results show modulation depth proposed 1.7581λ, 1.7993λ Twyman-Green interferometer method. difference in between two methods only 0.0412λ, its relative error rate 2.29%. proves accuracy obtained SHWS with lenslets 73*73 used...
Topography measurement is a pivotal application in quantitative phase imaging using digital holographic microscopy. In this paper, reflection-type microscope set up to reconstruct the image of sample with step characteristics, and noise suppression approach based on an iterative adaptive bilateral filter proposed reduce coherent noise. The denoising considers difference neighbourhood better identify preserve characteristics. Experimental results demonstrated effectiveness method.
The mass attenuation coefficient <tex xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">$({\mu/\rho})$</tex> of materials plays an important role as a basic parameter in various fields involving ionizing radiation. Monochromatic X-ray sources with adjustable energy and detectors excellent performance have great advantages accurately measuring the xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">${\mu/\rho}$</tex> material. Experimental measurements...
Abstract An autofocusing method based on cosine similarity in dual-wavelength digital holographic microscopy is proposed. In our experiments, red and green lasers are employed for illumination the generated holograms recorded by a color camera. During refocusing process, reconstructed optical field near focus plane contains more regular features than one defocus plane. Moreover, due to wavelength dependency of diffraction further away from plane, greater difference fields two wavelengths....
Image spatial resolution reflects the ability of an optical system to capture detailed information about object. Compared Low-resolution (LR) images, High-resolution (HR) images contain greater pixel density and textural detail. In experiments, it is difficult obtain ideal HR due effects acquisition equipment image degradation. To address problems, this paper proposes a reconstruction method based on adaptive sparse dictionary. The experimental show that area modulation transfer function...
