Here we demonstrate a magnetic resonance coupling based wireless triboelectric nanogenerator (TENG) and fully self-powered sensors. By integrating microswitch an inductor with the TENG, pulsed voltage output is converted into sinusoidal signal fixed frequency. This can be transmitted wirelessly from transmit coil to resonant-coupled receiver efficiency of 73% for 5 cm distance between two coils (10 diameter). Analytic models oscillating coupled signals energy transfer are developed, showing...
Electrospinning is a simple, versatile technique for fabricating fibrous nanomaterials with the desirable features of extremely high porosities and large surface areas. Using emulsion electrospinning, polytetrafluoroethylene/polyethene oxide (PTFE/PEO) membranes were fabricated, followed by sintering process to obtain pure PTFE membranes, which further utilized against polyamide 6 (PA6) membrane vertical contact-mode triboelectric nanogenerators (TENGs). Electrostatic force microscopy (EFM)...
Abstract We report ZnO/glass surface acoustic wave (SAW) humidity sensors with high sensitivity and fast response using graphene oxide sensing layer. The frequency shift of the is exponentially correlated to change, induced mainly by mass loading effect rather than complex impedance change SAW show at a broad range from 0.5%RH 85%RH < 1 sec rise time. simple design excellent stability our GO-based sensors, complemented full measurement, highlights their potential in wide applications.
This paper reports high performance flexible Lamb wave sensors with a graphene oxide sensing layer.
Sleep apnea syndrome (SAS) is a common but underdiagnosed health problem related to impaired quality of life and increased cardiovascular risk. In order solve the complicated expensive operation procedures for clinical diagnosis sleep apnea, here we propose small low-cost wearable diagnostic system. The system uses photoplethysmography (PPG) optical sensor collect human pulse wave signals blood oxygen saturation synchronously. Then multiscale entropy random forest algorithms are used process...
Abstract Triboelectric nanogenerator (TENG) is a promising technology, which can convert biokinetic energy into electricity and be utilized as self‐powered sensors power sources for wearable electronics. The existing designs of conventional TENGs require complex fabrication processes device structures, they need to attached on human body application, uncomfortable may lead malfunction under intense moment. Here, direct current TENG proposed by utilizing natural body, basketball, shoes,...
During the last decade, problem of suicide has become more serious in individuals with depression. Repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) is an effective treatment for major depressive disorder (MDD). This study aims to investigate efficacy resonance imaging (MRI)‐based neuronavigation‐guided daily high‐dose rTMS rapidly improving suicidal ideation treatment‐naive patients MDD. In present 1‐week double‐blind study, 42 MDD were randomly assigned escitalopram oxalate tablets (10...
Triboelectric nanogenerators (TENGs) have received significant attention in recent years due to their renewable and sustainable properties. They convert mechanical energy into electric through contact separation of two dissimilar materials. Many methods been developed improve the performance TENGs, but little has paid use nanoparticles such as BaTiO 3 (BTO) with high dielectric constant for enhancing performance. This paper reports achievement enhancement poly(vinylidene fluoride)...
