De novo implanted cardiac resynchronization therapy with defibrillator (CRT-D) reduces the risk of morbidity and mortality in patients left bundle branch block, heart failure reduced ejection fraction (HFrEF). However, among HFrEF right ventricular pacing (RVP), efficacy CRT-D upgrade is uncertain.
