Y 2 O 3 : Eu nanotubes were fabricated by a surfactant assembly mechanism. The tubular structure was characterized transmission electron microscopy. Zn 0.3 Al 0.25 Pb Li 0.098 Yb 0.1 Tm 0.002 F 2.354 amorphous fluoride film was prepared by pulsed laser deposition. The effect of silver film thickness on the surface plasma resonance was investigated in rectangular Ag-Si-SiO2 cavity by FDTD. resonant intensity, quality factors and extinction ratios, intensity decay length electric field, amplitude E0 farfield Re(E) are closely related to t, especially field magnetic at t ≤ 5 nm. Abstract In this paper, influence of InP coupling cavity on Fano resonance sub wavelength MIM waveguide was studied by FDTD. Nanocrystalline zirconia doped with 1mol%Eu3+ was prepared by co-precipitation method, Its structure characterized x-ray diffraction(XRD), the grain size of nanocrystals about 10nm obtained XRD and Scherrer' equation. The luminescence nanosized powders Eu3+ ions investigated under 394nm excitation, emission 5D0→7F2 transition peaked at 604nm. Abstract According to simulation results from FDTD, Fano resonance of the air-Si-Si-air combined waveguide cavity was mainly studied, including distribution magnetic field, quality factor, extinction coefficient and transmission efficiency. related height Si.
