Here we disclose a general Co(II/III/IV) electrocatalytic platform for alkene functionalization. Driven by electricity, set of the oxidative hydrofunctionalization reactions via hydrogen atom transfer were demonstrated without need stochiometric chemical oxidants. The scope encompasses hydroalkoxylation, hydroacyloxylation, hydroarylation, semipinacol rearrangement, and deallylation. Mechanistic studies stereochemical evidence support an ECEC process involving electrochemically generated...

Background Single-cell RNA sequencing, also known as scRNA-seq, is a method profiling cell populations on an individual basis. It particularly useful for more deeply understanding behavior in complicated tumor microenvironment. Although several previous studies have examined scRNA-seq hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) tissues, no one has tested and analyzed HCC with different stages. Methods In this investigation, immune cells isolated from surrounding normal tissues cancer 3 II-stage 4...

Abstract Background Immunotherapy combined with molecular targeted therapy is increasingly popular in patients advanced hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). However, immune-related adverse events(irAEs) brought on by immunotherapy increase the likelihood of side effects, thus it important to look into ways address this issue. Methods Different metabolite patterns were established analyzing metabolomics data liver tissue samples from 10 patients(divided severe and mild injury) before after...

Abstract Despite substantial breakthroughs in the treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) recent years, many patients are diagnosed middle or late stages, denying them option for surgical excision. Therefore, it is great importance to find effective therapeutic targets HCC. In this study, found that Gap junction protein beta‐2 (GJB2) highly enriched malignant cells based on single‐cell RNA sequencing and higher expression GJB2 indicates a worse prognosis. The localization HCC cancer...

Ablation is one of the main methods for local treatment hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Different from radiofrequency ablation (RFA), microwave (MWA) not limited by tissue conductivity, and can use multiple electrodes at same time to improve efficiency. In addition, MWA form a larger area, which makes it possible completely ablate large HCC. However, may be incomplete due factors such as tumors or in high-risk areas. The mechanism cellular tumor immune microenvironment (TIME) involved vitro...

The past two decades witnessed the rapid development of CoSalen-catalyzed hydrofunctionalization reactions, mostly on terminal and conjugation-activated olefins. However, use 1,2-dialkylsubstituted alkenes continues to pose challenges. In this study, we revisit substrate class in context Carreira-type reactions introduce a simple yet effective modification (over 250-fold-increase TON). Near-quantitative yields can be achieved at low catalyst loading, typically 0.05 mol%. key lies inhibiting...

Allyl protection is widely used in organic synthesis. Herein, we describe an efficient and general protocol for O-deallylation via cobalt hydride-catalyzed oxidative hydrofunctionalization. Using a green oxidant, namely oxone, this method smoothly delivers allyl deprotection products, including 1°/2°/3° alcohols, phenols carboxylic acids.
