小型外熱式バイオマスの熱分解ガス化装置の開発を目的とし,内部正逆らせん構造の小円筒を2組有する水平回転円筒炉のコールドモデル内の,木粉ペレット粒子移動速度および圧力損失を測定し,装置内の固体移動挙動とガスの接触効率について検討した.粒子速度はらせん内をそのまま移動するとした速度の数分の一であり,小円筒内での円柱状中心軸を超えた粒子の溢流が認められた.当初の設計ではらせん小円筒内の粒子充填率はガスとの効率的接触を達成できるほど十分高く保つことはできなかったが,試行錯誤の結果入口部を一部塞ぐことにより高い充填率によると安定した圧力損失と効率的接触が可能となることを明らかとした.

Microstructure of Co-CoO obliquely evaporated tape was studied by energy-filtered electron microscopy combined with high-resolution microscopy. The performance of repair welds on service-aged 2.25Cr-1Mo header using SMAW with post weld heat treatment was experimentally evaluated. Creep rupture life the weldment almost same as that serviceaged base metal and not a weak link. remaining creep aged improved by welding. In creep-fatigue test strain holding, fully repair-welded specimen showed new weldment, however, partially shorter life. FEM analysis revealed deformation behavior quite different from concentrated softened metal.
