We have prepared several organometallic systems whose structures are closely analogous to that of tamoxifen, the drug used in treatment hormone-dependent breast cancers, but which now possess two basic aminoalkyl chains: O(CH2)3NMe2. Despite absence a phenolic functionality, these ferrocenyl compounds 3, 4 and their organic analogue 5 recognize estrogen receptor addition exhibit strong antiproliferative effects on cancer cells (MCF-7), also hormone-independent ones (MDA-MB-231) with, this...

The table olive industry produces a large amount of wastewater that can be expensive to treated and harmful the environment. This study aimed find way reuse brine water from production black green brines Bejaia Mascara Sigoise cultivar in order create valuable byproduct con-tribute sustainable development. In this context, high-performance liquid chromatography–diode-array detection (HPLC-DAD) analysis revealed highest concentration hydroxytyrosol (4-(2-dihydroxy phenyl ethanol); 69.67...

The chemical and sensory characteristics of virgin olive oil (VOO) extra (EVOO) are assessed in this study, with an emphasis on the relationships between profiles attributes such as fruitiness, bitterness, pungency, defect presence. To evaluate their composition qualities, 18 samples each type oil, primarily Chemlali cultivars from various Tunisian regions, were examined. According to analysis, VOO had a richer pigment profile than EVOO because it far higher chlorophyll carotenoid. As for...

Male infertility is one of the major health and social problems in Iraq. It can be caused by several factors, such as acquired, environmental, genetic factors. Awareness crucial role telomeres mitochondria sperm production fertility has increased recent years. This study aims to evaluate relationship between mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA) copy number telomere length degree Iraqi men. Of 200 participants, 50 were healthy controls 150 infertile. Sperm count, motility, morphology assessed collecting...

In order to explore the biological potential, some synthesized triazolylnucleosides were evaluated for their antibacterial, tyrosinase and DNA photocleavage activities. Triazolylnucleosides (5–12) screened against Staphylococcus aureus (ATCC 6538), gram-positive Escherichia coli 10536), gram-negative bacterial strains. Among series, compound 9 exhibited a significant level of antibacterial activity both strains at higher concentration in reference standard drug, Levofloxacin. Tyrosinase...

Abstract In a previous work we have demonstrated the antimicrobial activity of ferrocenyl or phenyl derivatives diphenyl butene series. This finding has opened new area applications organometallic compounds. order to improve these activities, synthesized organic and diaryl compounds with different lengths their amino chains. These compounds, also ammonium salts, were tested against man pathogenic microorganisms Escherichia coli (ATCC 10536), Pseudomonas aeruginosa 15442), Staphylococcus...

Background: Tamoxifen citrate is a very prevalent drug marketed under several trade names like Apo-Tamox, Nolvadex, Tamec, Tamizam, and Tamoplex. This molecule approved by the FDA for breast cancer treatment. Some studies have shown that tamoxifen has anti-tuberculosis antiparasitic activities. Like any drug, possesses side effects, more or less dangerous. Aims: Basically, this work comparative study aims to: primarily compare antimicrobial antitumor activities of newly synthesized analog;...
