As características da secagem de folhas Cymbopogon citratus (D.C.) Stapf em camada delgada, foram estudadas para a faixa temperatura 30-60 ºC, utilizando-se modelos semi-teóricos e empíricos. O modelo Midilli foi o que melhor descreveu as curvas secagem.
