Gallium doped zinc oxide (GZO) thin films have been prepared by a simple sol–gel spin coating technique. XRD results showed the preferential c-axis orientation of crystallites and presence wurtzite phase ZnO. A lowest resistivity 3.3 × 10−3 Ω cm was obtained for ZnO film with 2 at% Ga after post-annealing at 500 °C 45 min in H2 atmosphere. All more than 80% transparency entire visible region. Blue shifting optical band gap observed an increase doping, which can be explained on basis...
A pseudo-multiple sampling technique for a low-noise CIS is implemented using conventional column-parallel single-slope ADC structure with no additional circuitry. It applied to 1/3.2-inch 8Mpixel CIS. Measurement results show the effectively reduces dark temporal noise from 1.6e- 1.2e- in 10 b mode, and 1.8e- 1.1e- 12b mode.
There is a growing consensus that the physics-based model needs to be coupled with machine learning (ML) relying on data or vice versa in order fully exploit their combined strengths address scientific engineering problems cannot solved separately. We propose several methodologies of bridging technology computer-aided design (TCAD) simulation and artificial intelligence (AI) its application tasks for which traditional TCAD faces challenges terms runtime, coverage, so on. AI-emulator learns...
In this study, we identify the local structures of ex-solved nanoparticles using machine-learned potentials (MLPs). We develop a method for training by sampling heterointerface configurations as set with its efficacy tested on Ni/MgO system, illustrating that error in interface energy is only 0.004 eV/Å2. Using developed scheme, train an MLP Ni/La0.5Ca0.5TiO3 ex-solution system and both exo- endo-type particles. The established model aligns well experimental observations, accurately...
Endothelial dysfunction is thought to be a central pathogenic feature in preeclampsia on the basis of elevated adhesion molecules. The aim present study was compare levels soluble vascular cell molecule-1 (sVCAM-1), intercellular (sICAM-1) and E-selectin (sE-selectin) sera normal preeclamptic pregnancies. We studied serum sVCAM-1, sICAM-1 sE-selectin pregnant women (n=63), mild (n=33) severe (n=82). Concentrations molecules were determined with enzyme-linked immunoassay (ELISA). Serum...
Pretraining molecular representations from large unlabeled data is essential for property prediction due to the high cost of obtaining ground-truth labels. While there exist various 2D graph-based pretraining approaches, these methods struggle show statistically significant gains in predictive performance. Recent work have thus instead proposed 3D conformer-based under task denoising, leading promising results. During downstream finetuning, however, models trained with conformers require...
<title>Abstract</title> Nanosecond pulse dielectric barrier discharge (NPDBD) exhibits high energy efficiency, making it a promising approach for volatile organic compound (VOC) decomposition. However, accurately measuring the delivered to plasma in nanosecond systems is difficult due influence of parasitic components inherent system's electrical characteristics. This study develops and validates methods NPDBD, ensuring accurate efficiency measurements. Precise current measurement are...
On page 1, right-hand column, the radius of Zn should be read as 0.074 nm. This value is taken from Lide D R 1991 Handbook Chemistry and Physics 71st edn (Boca Raton, FL: CRC Press).
CMOS image sensors (CISs) have received great attention in high-end mobile devices equipped with multiple camera modules to obtain new functionality and advanced quality. Even though the pixel size has gradually become smaller, this requires a high signal noise ratio (SNR), front-side deep-trench isolation (FDTI) is introduced increase full-well capacity (FWC) [1]. The FDTI demonstrated <tex xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML"...
We examine exciton recombination, energy-, and charge transfer in multilayer CdS/ZnS quantum dots (QDs) on silver plasmonic resonators using photoluminescence (PL) excitation spectroscopy along with kinetic modeling simulations. The dynamics including all the processes are strongly affected by separation distance between QDs resonators, wavelength, QD film thickness. For a direct contact or very small distance, interfacial tunneling dominate over intrinsic radiative recombination energy to...
Recurrent spontaneous abortion (RSA) defines as two or more consecutive losses at < = 20 weeks of gestation and affects an estimated 1 every 100 couples wishing to have children. However, it remains a poorly understood phenomenon. Recent reports observed significant association between highly skewed X chromosome RSA, supporting that inactivation might be important previously unknown cause RSA. X-inactivation pattern, using polymeric X-linked women with idiopathic RSA 80 control subjects...
This paper presents a novel approach to enable real-time device simulation and optimization. State-of-the-art algorithms which can describe semiconductor domain are adopted train deep learning models whose input output process condition doping profile / electrical characteristic, respectively. Our framework enables update automatically by estimating the uncertainty of model prediction. Real-Time TCAD is validated on 130nm processes for display driver integration circuit (DDI), 1) prediction...

Three-dimensional models femur tunnels reconstructed from data. The location center margins coordinate system, mean...
Oxygen post-annealing effects on tin (Sn) doped indium oxide (ITO) film are investigated with various analytical tools as a function of temperature, including in situ XRD, ambient pressure XPS (AP-XPS), and Hall measurement. As the annealing temperature increases up to 200 °C under oxygen 100 mTorr, XRD shows evidence crystallization while AP-XPS reveals formation vacancy Sn4+ states surface. In addition, mobility ITO thin is increased increases, supporting results both AP-XPS. The...
In this paper, we discuss the advantages and opportunities presented by high-speed (> 50 GHz) reconfigurable integrated circuits how they may drive systems applications, such as software-defined radio, radar, imaging. We propose silicon-germanium (SiGe) BiCMOS an example technology that enables ultrafast present several circuit designs based on SiGe heterojunction bipolar transistors (HBTs). compare between generations of IBM's process, including a recent 9HP process featuring devices with...
Beamforming is the core principle used for communication in mmWave bands to overcome excessive pathloss experienced at these bands. Usage of narrow beams results a large number transmitter and receiver covering given range azimuth elevation angles. Narrow require frequent beam alignment ensure maximum gain link, requiring periodic search. Beam search complexity proportional transmit-receive pairs. The larger beam-pair set will inherently delay full hence finding best possible pair. In this...
Abstract Technology computer-aided design (TCAD) simulation has incessantly solved many complex problems, but it becomes demanding that alternatives be found because TCAD cannot provide precise and fast prediction in the nano-scale era. With success story of deep learning research area, big data companies have attempted to introduce support or replace simulation. The reason is models great potential solves problems terms execution time coverage. This paper aims describe various scenarios...
