The study purpose was to examine vision-specific and overall health-related quality of life (QOL) at baseline in Idiopathic Intracranial Hypertension Treatment Trial patients who were newly diagnosed had mild visual loss. We also sought determine the associations between QOL scores symptoms, function, pain, headache-related disability, obesity.

Abstract Purpose: High-grade serous ovarian carcinoma (HGSOC) is the most lethal epithelial cancer (EOC) and often diagnosed at late stage. In women with a known pelvic mass, surgery followed by pathologic assessment reliable way to diagnose EOC there are still no effective screening tools in asymptomatic women. current study, we developed cell-free DNA (cfDNA) methylation liquid biopsy for risk of early-stage HGSOC. Experimental Design: We performed reduced representation bisulfite...

Hereditary hemorrhagic telangiectasia (HHT) is a genetic disorder characterized by deficiency in endoglin, an angiogenic protein. The net effect of endoglin expression on cancer outcomes from animal studies has proven controversial. We evaluated whether reduced systemic levels, expected patients diagnosed with HHT, impacted clinical for cancer.

Abstract Epithelial ovarian cancer (EOC) is a malignancy associated with considerable morbidity and high rates of mortality, primarily due to its frequent presentation in an advanced stage. High grade serous carcinoma (HGSOC) the most lethal gynecologic malignancy, 5-year survival rate 40% or less when diagnosed at late-stage. There currently no single effective screening tool for risk community-based assessment HGSOC. In women known pelvic mass, surgery followed pathological only definitive...
