Nanoflaky MnOx on carbon nanotubes (nf-MnOx@CNTs) was in situ synthesized by a facile chemical bath deposition route for low-temperature selective catalytic reduction (SCR) of NO with NH3. This catalyst mainly characterized the techniques X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), scanning (SEM), N2 adsorption–desorption analysis, photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), H2 temperature-programmed (H2-TPR) and NH3 desorption (NH3-TPD). The SEM, TEM, XRD results analysis...

Ventral hippocampus (vHIP) and medial prefrontal cortex (mPFC) are both critical regions for social behaviors. However, how their interactions affect behavior is not well understood. By viral tracing, optogenetics, chemogenetics, fiber photometry, we demonstrated that inhibition of vHIP or direct projections from to mPFC impaired memory expression. Via rabies retrograde found all three major GABAergic neurons in received inputs vHIP. Activation parvalbumin positive (PV+) but somatostatin...

Large-scale renewable energy integration decreases the system inertia and restricts frequency regulation. To maintain stability, allocating adequate frequency-sup-port sources poses a critical challenge to planners. In this context, we propose frequency-constrained coordination planning model of thermal units, wind farms, battery storage systems (BESSs) provide satisfactory supports. Given the severe vulnerability of Deep Neural Networks (DNNs) against adversarial examples, there is an urgent need for effective attack to identify deficiencies DNNs in security-sensitive applications. As one prevalent black-box attacks, existing transfer-based attacks still cannot achieve comparable performance with white-box attacks. Among these, input transformation based have shown remarkable effectiveness boosting transferability. In this work, we find that transform image globally,...
